The only information we handle is the information you actively provide to make your PinSpace account and collection work. You are in control of your data.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains our principles and practices for PinSpace ("the App"), provided by PinSpace ("we," "us," or "our") from Pinellas Park, Florida. It describes the data you provide to us and how we handle it to make the App function. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

Profile & Collection Information (User Content): To build your collection and profile, you upload content, such as a profile picture, a bio, photos of your pins, "Traders" lists, and "Wishlists." This information is stored to be displayed within the App as you direct.
Communications: To facilitate trades, the App stores the messages you choose to send and receive from other users. When you contact us for support, we store that correspondence to assist you.

3. How We Use Your Stored Information

We use the information you provide for the sole purpose of operating the App and its features:

To create and secure your account.
To display your profile and collections to you and other users, as is the function of a community app.
To enable you to communicate with other users to arrange trades.
To respond to your support requests.

With Other Users: Your public profile and your pin collections are visible to other users to allow them to find you and propose trades. This is the core purpose of the App.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly store any data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us immediately to have the data removed.

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top. Any significant changes will be communicated to you within the App or via your registered email address.
